Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support mailroom and print operations at a client site in downtown Los Angeles. This role focuses on maintaining Ricoh multi-function printers (MFPs), handling mail services, and supporting document processing in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor Ricoh MFPs and key operator devices for optimal performance
Replenish paper and supplies across printer/copier stations
Assist with document preparation for scanning and imaging
Operate high-volume printing, copying, and scanning equipment
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, shipping, and receiving tasks
Perform bindery, finishing, and quality control tasks
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate when needed
Maintain logs, reports, and inventory of supplies
Support meeting room setups and basic office services as needed
Provide excellent customer service and respond to service requests
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1–2 years of experience in mailroom, print/copy, or office services preferred
Experience with multi-function printers (MFPs) strongly preferred
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, file handling)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and record-keeping skills
Familiarity with office equipment and document systems
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50–55 lbs (paper boxes, supplies)
Push/pull equipment up to 700 lbs on wheels
Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Ability to move between areas/buildings as needed
Work Environment
Office setting with standard lighting and conditions
Moderate physical activity and repetitive tasks
Occasional overtime or off-hour support may be required
