Job Overview:
We are hiring a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to support daily office operations at a client site. This is a hands-on role involving print/mail services, conference room setup, and general office support. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate high-volume copying, printing, and document imaging equipment
• Perform binding, finishing, and quality checks on print jobs
• Manage mailroom operations (sorting, distributing, shipping/receiving)
• Maintain copiers/printers (paper, toner, basic troubleshooting)
• Assist with conference room setups (moving tables/chairs)
• Track inventory and maintain supply levels
• Provide customer service support and respond to service requests
• Handle file management, scanning, and document processing
• Maintain logs, reports, and billing records

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (print shop, mailroom, or office services preferred)
• Experience with copy/print production equipment (required)
• Experience with color and oversized printing (preferred)
• Mailroom or postage equipment experience (a plus)
• Basic PC skills (MS Office, email, file handling)
