Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented On-Site Services Specialist to support daily office operations for a leading client. This role involves handling document processing, mail services, and operating high-volume printing and scanning equipment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate high-volume copy, print, and scanning equipment
• Handle document processing, filing, and storage
• Sort, distribute, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain copier equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and escalate when needed
• Track inventory, maintain service logs, and calculate job charges
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to job requests
• Assist with shipping/receiving, bindery work, and basic office support
• Support meeting room setups and general office operations as needed

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with copy/print or mailroom operations
• Basic knowledge of copier/printer troubleshooting
• Familiarity with office equipment and document management systems

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
• Office environment with moderate physical activity
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50–55 lbs
• May involve moving equipment and walking between buildings
