Mailroom & Package Operations Associate
Pay: $16.59/hr
Location: Brooklyn, OH 44144
Interview: In-person
Schedule: Flexible (Start 7:30–9 AM / End 3:30–4:30 PM)

Summary
Mailroom operations role requiring strong attention to detail, customer service, and frequent walking/standing. No prior mailroom experience required — great for customer service or hospitality backgrounds.
Responsibilities
Receive and sort inbound USPS mail/packages
Check in and deliver packages using tracking technology
Retrieve outgoing mail/packages
Walk/stand 4–6 hours daily across two office buildings
Create FedEx labels
Lift 30–50 lbs occasionally
Ideal Background
Restaurant servers / hospitality (customer focus + on feet all day)
Retail associates

No mailroom experience required
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Basic computer skills (MS Office proficiency)
Positive attitude, team-oriented
Good organization and customer service skills
Ability to lift 50–55 lbs when needed
Standing, walking, bending frequently
Work Environment
Office environment
Frequent movement between buildings
Some periods of workload pressure
