We are a fast-paced promotional products company searching for a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as an Automation Mailing Machine Operator. In this role, you will ensure high-quality printed materials are processed and delivered efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities:
-Operate and maintain automated mailing and inserting equipment
-Set up machines for daily production runs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
-Ensure proper sorting, labeling, and preparation of outgoing mail
-Perform routine quality checks to maintain high production standards
-Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and production goals

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a printing, mailing, or manufacturing environment preferred, including experience with Direct Mail
-Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
-Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
-High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
-Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for extended periods
-Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
