Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Legal Onsite Service Specialist to support daily operations at a law firm. This role provides hands-on mailroom, print, records, and reception support in a professional legal office environment while delivering exceptional customer service to attorneys and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services (FedEx, USPS, etc.)
Operate office equipment including copiers, scanners, postage meters, and PCs
Perform print production, scanning, filing, and document handling
Maintain logs for mail, billing, inventory, and supplies
Support reception desk and hospitality services as needed
Handle confidential legal documents with accuracy and discretion
Assist with conference room setup, internal mail runs, and light facilities support
Troubleshoot copier issues and perform daily equipment checks
Support legal workflows including records management and document processing
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1–2 years of office, mailroom, or administrative experience
Legal office experience preferred (2+ years ideal)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
