Job Title: Mailroom & Office Services Associate
Location: Fort Mill, SC 29715 (Onsite)
Job Type: 4 Months Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $ 19.50/hr
Key Responsibilities
• Open, sort, date stamp, and distribute incoming mail (FedEx, UPS, USPS, Amazon) by department
• Prepare and process outgoing mail, including metering and shipment coordination
• Support scanning and digital document imaging processes
• Operate high-volume copiers, printers, and document management systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment (e.g., clearing paper jams, quality checks)
• Perform binding, finishing, and quality control of printed materials
• Track and maintain logs for mail, equipment usage, and service requests
• Assist with shipping/receiving of packages and supplies
• Provide basic reporting and administrative support using MS Office tools
• Support meeting room setups, light maintenance, and general office services
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely completion of service requests

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience in mailroom, document services, or administrative support preferred
• Experience with copy/print and scanning environments is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic PC proficiency (MS Office, email systems)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
