Job Title: Mailroom & Office Services Associate
Location: Bloomfield, CT 06002
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $21.50/hr

Key Responsibilities
• Operate high-volume copy, print, scanning, and document imaging equipment
• Perform finishing tasks such as binding, sorting, and document preparation
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including postage processing and distribution
• Scan and handle sensitive documents (HIPAA/PHI/EPHI compliant processes)
• Operate Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat for file handling and document processing
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and inventory of supplies
• Respond to service requests and resolve basic equipment issues (paper jams, system errors, etc.)
• Deliver completed work to designated areas or departments
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and distribution of materials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of copier and mailroom areas
• Support meeting room setup and light office support tasks as needed
• Perform occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) and extended periods of standing/walking

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience in office services, print production, mailroom, or related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to operate office equipment and follow established procedures
• Must be able to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
