Job Title: Mailroom & Office Services Associate (Corporate Site)
Location: Atlanta, GA 30339
Pay Rate: $17 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary
This position supports a corporate site and focuses on mailroom operations, internal deliveries, basic administrative support, and print job setup. The associate will deliver packages and mail throughout multiple floors of the building, assist with office tasks, and help prepare and release print jobs.
This is a physically active, customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver mail, packages, and envelopes to multiple floors within the building
• Perform daily mailroom and office services operations
• Assist with setting up, submitting, and releasing print jobs
• Complete basic administrative and data entry tasks
• Communicate with internal customers in person and via email
• Provide general office and service support as requested
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of mailroom and service areas
• Support shipping and receiving activities as needed
• Lift, move, and transport packages between the offices
• Follow all site safety, security, and operational procedures
• Provide support for additional office services duties as assigned
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of related office services, mailroom, shipping/receiving, or administrative experience preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is a plus
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive, professional attitude
• Quick learner with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to operate standard office machines and technical equipment
