. We are seeking a On Call Mail clerk It does not guarantee set working hours, as it is an on-call role. This position is more suitable for someone looking to earn extra income rather than relying on it as a primary source of consistent hours.
• Pay Rate: $18/hr
• Location: 23000 Millcreek Blvd Highland Hills Ohio 44122
• Work Hours/Shift: on call 8:00 am-5:00 pm or 9:00 am-6:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Deliver 5-star customer service to all employees and clients through prompt and courteous communication.
• Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute inbound mail/packages; manage outgoing mail and packages.
• Operations: Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, photocopiers, and folding/inserting machines.
• Shipping/Receiving: Perform shipping and receiving duties, notify employees of deliveries, and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies; maintain a clean and orderly business service center area.
• Support Functions: Provide reception, concierge, or hospitality coverage as needed; train backups and assist with sensitive inquiries.
• Administrative Tasks: Submit work orders, send emails, and handle office equipment efficiently.
