Mailroom Clerk / Office Services Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mailroom Clerk to support daily office operations through efficient handling of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments
Prepare and process outgoing mail, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS shipments
Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, scanners, and tracking systems
Track and log packages to ensure accurate delivery and accountability
Maintain organized mailroom and supply inventory
Provide front desk or office support as needed (phones, filing, data entry)
Coordinate courier services and handle special delivery requests
Ensure timely and secure handling of confidential documents
Qualifications
1+ year of mailroom, office services, or administrative support experience preferred
Familiarity with shipping systems (FedEx, UPS, USPS, or similar platforms)
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, tracking systems)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Strong communication and customer service skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the day
Comfortable handling boxes, packages, and mail bins
Work Environment

Consistent daytime schedule
