Job Title: Mailroom Clerk
Contract: Temporary to Perm

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Mailroom Clerk. This is a traditional mailroom role with added print production responsibilities. The role includes sorting and distributing mail, processing incoming/outgoing packages via UPS, FedEx, and DHL, and supporting print production tasks such as preflighting, printing, finishing, and fulfillment using digital printers, Fiery Command Workstation, and other finishing equipment (binding, lamination, padding, folding/inserting).
This is a customer-facing role requiring strong attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills. Digital printing experience is a plus, but strong technical aptitude is also acceptable.

Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Pay rate: $17.50/hr

Responsibilities:
• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages via UPS, FedEx, and DHL
• Process and manage print production tasks, including preflighting, printing, finishing, and fulfillment
• Operate digital printers, Fiery Command Workstation, and other finishing equipment (binding, lamination, padding, folding/inserting)
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all mailroom and print tasks
• Provide excellent customer service in a face-to-face setting
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials
• Perform general office and mailroom duties, including filing, organizing, and record keeping
• Handle physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and moving equipment when necessary
• Follow company policies and safety procedures in handling mail, packages, and equipment

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience in mailroom, print, or related field preferred
• Some copy/print experience is a plus
