Job Title: Mailroom Associate
Contract: Temp to Perm

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Mailroom Associate. You will be managing operations across four student mailrooms. Responsibilities include receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages to student mailboxes. Packages are received daily from major carriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and Amazon. Staff scan packages into the system and securely hold them until picked up by students.
Schedule & Pay:
Schedule: 6-day work week 9:00AM - 6:00PM
• Monday: 4 hours
• Tuesday: 8 hours
• Wednesday–Friday: 8 hours/day
• Saturday: 4 hours
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Responsibilities
• Receive and sort incoming mail daily
• Scan and log packages from multiple carriers
• Organize and distribute mail into student mailboxes
• Provide excellent customer service to students
• Walk between nearby buildings as needed
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of related experience (mailroom, copy services, office support preferred)
• Basic PC skills
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50–55 lbs
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving equipment
• Ability to operate office equipment and basic tools
