We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Mailroom Associate for a contract/temporary opportunity in Washington, DC. Key Responsibilities

- Process incoming and outgoing shipments using USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, and other carrier systems.
- Manage packages, mail, copy and print jobs, scanning requests, and related production support tasks.
- Restock copy centers, pantry areas, hospitality stations, and office supply areas to maintain a professional workplace environment.
- Respond to emails and fulfill client requests for supplies, office support, and general workplace services.
- Assist with meeting setup, office setup, reception backup, and hospitality-related tasks as needed.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workspace while supporting multiple priorities throughout the day.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $40,500.00 to $41,500.00 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Process shipments and mailroom requests accurately using major carrier platforms.
- Support production printing, scanning, copying, and office services tasks.
- Manage office supply restocking, hospitality support, package handling, and client service requests.
- Provide customer-facing support in a professional office environment.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant office, mailroom, facilities, hospitality, or administrative support experience.
- Experience with shipping and receiving through USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, or similar carriers.
- Professional office experience in a customer-facing role.
- Recent hospitality or workplace services experience, such as meeting setup, pantry or kitchen restocking, office setup, or reception backup.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform hands-on tasks throughout the workday.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to respond to emails and internal client requests promptly.
- Dependable, service-oriented, and comfortable supporting a variety of office-based tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a managed services, facilities services, mailroom, or corporate office support environment.
- Familiarity with production equipment, copy centers, scanning workflows, and document handling processes.
- Prior experience providing reception backup or front-office support.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
