We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as High-End Mail Sorting & Records Management Associates. This role requires a mix of physical activity and technical skill in a fast-paced, professional environment.
?? Location: 5575 Venture Drive Unit D, Parma, OH 44130
?? Pay Rate: $18.70/hr
?? Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Must be flexible to work as late as 7:00 PM in the future)
?? Dress Code: Business Casual

• Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and manage high-end mail and records with precision
• Operate office and production equipment (presses, copiers, printers, inserters)
• Perform printing, insertion, and light bindery tasks
• Utilize computers and internal systems (training provided)
• Maintain an organized, clean, and secure work environment
• Lift up to 20 lbs, and perform frequent walking, bending, and twisting
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English
• Ensure error-free and timely completion of print/mail projects
• Handle equipment troubleshooting and simple maintenance

• Requirements:
• Previous experience in records management and/or mailroom operations preferred
• Basic computer literacy – training on programs provided
• Ability to multitask and work independently or within a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Flexibility to support extended hours as needed
• Must be punctual and reliable
