Job Title: Mailroom Associate

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Mailroom Associate. This position supports a law firm's office services team within a mailroom and print room environment. Responsibilities include handling mail shipping/receiving, scanning morning mail, managing work tickets, reprographics, legal document printing with exhibit tabs, setting up meeting hospitality (snacks, drinks), and restocking snack areas.
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Pay rate: $23/hr
Responsibilities:
• Handle daily mailroom operations, including shipping, receiving, and scanning morning mail.
• Manage work tickets for print, copy, and scanning requests.
• Operate reprographics equipment for copying, printing, and binding legal documents, including inserting exhibit tabs.
• Restock snack areas and set up beverages and food for meetings.
• Maintain and troubleshoot copier and related equipment as needed.
• Ensure accurate packing, unpacking, and verification of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to support mailroom and print center operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal clients, maintaining strong communication and professionalism.
• Assist with document management, cost recovery, and advanced workflow processes.
• Comprehend and follow technical instructions and mail delivery procedures.
• Work independently and flexibly to complete assigned tasks and projects.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of related experience; 2+ years in a legal environment highly preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with print/copy operations in a legal setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and basic electronics is preferred.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot copiers and related equipment.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks.
