Job Title: Mailroom Associate
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: Basking Ridge, NJ
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Mailroom Associate. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in a healthcare facility. Primary duties include handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, operating office equipment, and providing general office support services. Prior mail room experience is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Pay rate: $19.09 /hr - $22.07/hr

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the mail room, copy center, or scanning facility
• Receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages (including UPS, FedEx, etc.)
• Operate office equipment (PCs, copiers, scanners, mailing machines)
• Provide customer service and communicate with clients regularly
• Maintain supply inventory and reorder as necessary
• Coordinate conference rooms and A/V equipment if needed
• Generate reports and collect data for leadership
• Perform courier, reception, or switchboard duties if required
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and cost-efficiency

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of experience in a similar B2B or technical environment
• Previous customer-facing experience (1+ year)
• Basic technical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
