We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mail Services Associate to join our team in Denver. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient mail distribution and supporting daily office operations. ?? Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Sort and distribute incoming mail by department and employee
Handle interdepartmental mail, notices, and memoranda
Pick up outgoing mail from various departments
Process, weigh, and prepare outgoing mail
Operate mailroom equipment (postage meter, copier, folding/inserting machines)
Maintain accurate mail logs and records
Replenish postage and stock mailroom supplies
Manage the mailroom email inbox
Assist with office upkeep:
Clean conference rooms, break rooms, and huddle spaces
Support event setup and breakdown
Conduct walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs or improvements
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable operating office and mailroom equipment
Professional demeanor and communication skills
Ability to lift and move mail/packages as needed
