We are seeking an entry-level Machinist/Aerospace candidate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Valencia, CA. This role is ideal for someone with less than 1 year of machining experience who is ready to build a long-term career in aerospace and defense manufacturing. Required Qualifications and Skills
The Aerospace Machinist will work hands-on with CNC machines, deburring tools, grinding equipment, blueprints, and precision inspection methods to produce high-quality aerospace components. Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision aerospace components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Perform deburring, grinding, and finishing operations to meet aerospace quality standards.
- Inspect machined parts for accuracy using measuring tools and established inspection methods.
- Maintain equipment, work areas, and production documentation according to shop standards.
- Follow safety procedures and support an efficient, high-quality production workflow.

Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to CNC machining, deburring, grinding, or precision manufacturing.
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other inspection tools.
- Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or other high-precision production environments.
- Technical school, vocational training, or coursework related to machining or manufacturing.
