Job Summary

We are seeking a Machinist / Aerospace professional for a direct hire opportunity in Valencia, CA. This role is ideal for a CNC machinist with 1 to 2 years of experience who wants to build a long-term career in aerospace and defense manufacturing.

The Aerospace Machinist will produce high-precision components using CNC machines, deburring tools, and grinding equipment while working to strict aerospace quality standards. This is a strong opportunity for someone who takes pride in accurate, detailed work and wants room for growth in a stable, team-oriented production environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision aerospace components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Perform deburring, grinding, and finishing operations to meet quality requirements.
- Inspect machined parts for accuracy using appropriate measuring tools and inspection methods.
- Maintain equipment, work areas, and production documentation in accordance with shop standards.
- Follow safety procedures and support efficient, high-quality production workflow.
