Job Summary
We are seeking a Machinist / Aerospace professional for a direct hire opportunity in Valencia, CA. This role is ideal for a CNC machinist with 1 to 2 years of experience who wants to build a long-term career in aerospace and defense manufacturing.
The Aerospace Machinist will produce high-precision components using CNC machines, deburring tools, and grinding equipment while working to strict aerospace quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision aerospace components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Perform deburring, grinding, and finishing operations to meet quality requirements.
- Inspect machined parts for accuracy using appropriate measuring tools and inspection methods.
- Maintain equipment, work areas, and production documentation in accordance with shop standards.
- Follow safety procedures and support efficient, high-quality production workflow.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Set up and operate CNC machining equipment for aerospace component production.
- Perform deburring, grinding, finishing, and inspection of precision machined parts.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to confirm part requirements and tolerances.
- Support production quality, safety, documentation, and workflow standards.
- 1 to 2 years of CNC machining experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Experience using measuring tools and inspection methods to verify part accuracy.
- Familiarity with deburring, grinding, or finishing processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Ability to follow safety procedures, work instructions, and shop documentation requirements.
- Reliable team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in aerospace, defense, or other precision manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with tight-tolerance machining and aerospace quality expectations.
- Experience working in a structured production environment with documented inspection processes.
