Job Summary

We are seeking a Machinist / Aerospace candidate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Valencia, CA. This is an excellent foot-in-the-door role with a growing aerospace manufacturing environment that produces high-precision components to strict quality standards.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude who wants to build a long-term career in machining, CNC operations, and aerospace manufacturing. Candidates with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply, and training is available for motivated individuals who have hands-on mechanical experience, such as high school shop, automotive work, or personal mechanical projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines to produce precision aerospace components according to engineering specifications.
- Perform deburring, grinding, and finishing operations to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work instructions, and production documentation.
- Inspect machined parts for accuracy, dimensions, finish, and overall quality.
- Set up and maintain machines, tools, and work areas to support safe and efficient production.
- Follow aerospace manufacturing procedures, safety guidelines, and quality requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $21 to $23 per hour.
