Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines to produce precision aerospace components according to engineering specifications.
- Perform deburring, grinding, and finishing operations to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work instructions, and production documentation.
- Inspect machined parts for accuracy, dimensions, finish, and overall quality.
- Set up and maintain machines, tools, and work areas to support safe and efficient production.
- Follow aerospace manufacturing procedures, safety guidelines, and quality requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $21 to $23 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Perform deburring, grinding, and finishing work on precision parts.

- Less than 1 year of experience accepted.
- Must have some type of hands-on mechanical experience, such as high school shop, automotive repair, working on personal vehicles, or similar mechanical projects.
- Ability to learn CNC machine operation, deburring, grinding, and precision manufacturing processes.
- Basic ability to read or learn blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and willingness to be trained.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a production team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior exposure to CNC machining, manual machining, deburring, grinding, or aerospace manufacturing.
- Experience using basic measuring tools or inspection equipment.
- Technical training, shop classes, vocational coursework, or hands-on mechanical projects.
- Interest in building a long-term career in aerospace machining or precision manufacturing.
