We’re looking for a skilled Machinist to join our team and play a key role in producing high-quality parts and components. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining precision machinery to meet production goals while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
Set up and operate manual and CNC machines to produce parts to exact specifications
Measure, test, and inspect finished products for accuracy and quality standards
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
Adjust machine settings, tooling, and materials as needed to maintain efficiency
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Machinist or related manufacturing role
Proficiency with manual and CNC machining equipment
Strong understanding of technical drawings and measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred
