Key Responsibilities:
2nd Shift available We need 15 People
Blend and finish surfaces using a variety of hand tools and mechanical equipment
Perform detailed, repetitive work to buff and smooth surfaces to specification
Apply, remove, and manage excess materials during the blending process
Set up, operate, and maintain machines, fixtures, and tools safely and effectively
Mix and prepare production materials according to established guidelines
Follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Meet production and quality standards while maintaining consistency and accuracy
Qualifications & Requirements:
Ability to perform tedious, detail-oriented work for extended periods
Experience using hand tools and production machinery preferred
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
Dependable with regular and reliable attendance
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment
Work Environment:
Hands-on production setting requiring PPE
May involve repetitive motions and standing for extended periods
