Position: 2nd Shift Production Operator Location: Phoenix, AZ 85043 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM Pay Rate: $20.00/hour Assignment Length: 6/9/2025 – 12/8/2025
Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite
Key Responsibilities: Operate equipment and perform tasks including grit blasting, grinding, belt sanding, chiseling, tack welding, brazing, and cleaning Follow written work instructions and accurately complete production documentation Use precision measuring tools and meet established production time standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5-S standards Communicate effectively with peers and leadership Uphold quality, safety, and ethical standards in all activities Support cross-training and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Must be fluent in English (verbal and written communication) Basic to intermediate computer proficiency Ability to pass required assessments and meet performance goals within 6 months Strong teamwork, accountability, and problem-solving skills
