Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our precision manufacturing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment used in the production of precision components while ensuring that all quality and production goals are consistently met or exceeded. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Including, but not limited to:

Operate assigned machines effectively within the designated production area.

Operate assigned processes in compliance with established workflows.

Perform standard de-burring and hand-finishing tasks.

Read, understand, and follow SOP work instructions accurately.

Use SPC/SOP software to collect, record, and monitor measurements.

Track production efficiencies and report issues to the appropriate department.

Conduct inspections to ensure products meet Print/SOP quality specifications.

Achieve established efficiency and scrap reduction goals.

Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

Accurately record work hours daily.

Work effectively with minimal supervision.

Support and manage special projects as assigned by management.

Available Shifts
2nd Shift

Schedule: Sunday to Tuesday, with alternating Wednesdays
Hours: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

4th Shift

Schedule: Thursday to Saturday, with alternating Wednesdays
Hours: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
