Job Summary

We are seeking a Machine Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Caguas, PR. This role is a great fit for a manufacturing professional with 1 to 2 years of experience operating production equipment, following SOPs, performing quality checks, and supporting efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate assigned machines and production processes in the designated manufacturing area.
- Perform standard de-burring, hand work, and product handling according to established procedures.
- Inspect parts and products to confirm quality meets print and SOP specifications.
- Use SPC/SOP software to collect, record, and track required measurements.
- Monitor production efficiency, scrap goals, and equipment performance, reporting issues as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $13.13 to $14.63 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Caguas, PR.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Operate manufacturing machines and production equipment safely and accurately.
- Perform quality inspections and verify products against prints, specifications, and SOPs.
- Record production measurements and support tracking of efficiency, scrap, and equipment performance.
- Maintain equipment, work areas, and production standards in a clean and organized environment.

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, machining, or machine operation role.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Basic understanding of quality checks, product inspection, and production documentation.
- Comfortable using production software or systems to enter measurements and process data.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and commitment to meeting production goals.
- Ability to perform hands-on work, including de-burring, material handling, and repetitive production tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SPC/SOP software or similar production tracking systems.
- Previous experience reading prints, specifications, or manufacturing work instructions.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices in a production environment.
- Experience in machining, CNC, or precision manufacturing settings.
