About the Opportunity


We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join a growing food and beverage manufacturing team in the Kent area. This is a hands-on production role for someone who enjoys working with equipment, takes pride in producing a quality product, and understands the importance of safety and consistency in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating production or packaging equipment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where meeting production schedules and maintaining quality standards are essential.


What You'll Do


Set up, operate, and monitor production and packaging machinery
Follow production schedules and established operating procedures
Monitor equipment throughout the production process and make adjustments as needed
Inspect products to ensure they meet established quality standards
Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues
Perform basic troubleshooting and communicate maintenance needs
Complete production records, quality documentation, and other required paperwork
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
Follow all company safety policies, GMPs, and food-safety procedures
Work closely with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams
Assist with changeovers, cleaning, and line setup as needed
Meet established production, safety, quality, and efficiency goals



What We're Looking For
1+ year of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing, food production, packaging, or industrial environment
High school diploma or GED preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment
Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to identify equipment or production problems and communicate them effectively
Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
Reliable attendance and dependable work history
Previous food or beverage manufacturing experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise, and production equipment
Ability to wear required PPE and follow food-safety and sanitation requirements
