Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator for a contract opportunity in West Palm Beach, FL. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on manufacturing, production, or equipment operations experience who enjoys working with machinery, maintaining quality standards, and keeping production running smoothly.

As a Machine Operator, you will support daily production by setting up equipment, feeding materials, monitoring output, and performing basic troubleshooting during the shift. This opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule, supportive team environment, and the chance to build valuable manufacturing experience in a hands-on production setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up machines for production, including calibration, cleaning, and preparation.
- Control, monitor, and adjust machine settings to support efficient operations.
- Feed raw materials into machines and maintain steady production flow.
- Identify and resolve basic machine or production issues during the shift.
- Inspect finished goods to identify non-conforming products and maintain quality standards.
- Keep accurate records of approved units, defective units, and inventory control activity.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $18 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Lunch: 30-minute lunch break.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: West Palm Beach, FL.
