Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM


Now Hiring: Experienced Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Machine Operator for a full-time temporary opportunity in Riviera Beach, FL. This position is ideal for a motivated self-starter with machine setup experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to quality and safety in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up, calibrate, and clean machinery for daily production
• Control and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance
• Feed raw materials into machinery efficiently and safely
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues during shifts
• Inspect finished products to identify defects or non-conforming materials
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and defect records
• Support inventory control and material tracking processes
• Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot machinery independently
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic inventory control knowledge
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Requirements:
• Must be able to pass Background Check
• Must be able to pass Drug Screen
