Job Title: Machine Operator & Production Technician
Pay Rate: $18/hr.
Schedule: Mon - Thu (6:00 AM to 4:30 PM)
Location: Riviera Beach, FL 33404
Job Summary
This role supports production operations by setting up, operating, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure consistent output and quality standards. The position requires a self-driven individual who can monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate production records. The environment is hands-on and process-oriented, with a focus on efficiency and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up machines, including calibration and routine cleaning prior to operation
• Control and adjust machine settings to meet production specifications
• Feed raw materials into machines and monitor workflow throughout production
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues during shifts
• Inspect output to identify and address non-conforming products
• Maintain accurate records of production output, including approved and defective units
• Support inventory control activities, including tracking and material usage
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures at all times
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in machine operation or manufacturing environment preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to follow production processes and quality standards
• Experience with inventory tracking or material handling is a plus
• Ability to work independently and take initiative as a self-starter
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
