Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Pay Rate: $19.28/hour

Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and motivated Technical Specialists to operate and assist with high-speed inserter machines in a warehouse production environment. This is a hands-on role requiring continuous standing, lifting, and movement throughout the shift.
Qualified candidates must have prior warehouse experience, strong work ethic, and stable job history with minimal employment gaps.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate high-speed inserter and production equipment
• Load materials, clear jams, unload and tray inserted pieces
• Receive, stock, and ship printing materials
• Unload incoming freight and document inventory
• Pull and prepare materials for production
• Assist with physical inventory
• Maintain equipment performance (clear jams, refill toner, basic troubleshooting)
• Follow production instructions and meet daily quality standards
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of production jobs

Physical Requirements
• Stand and walk for entire shift
• Frequent bending, twisting, and lifting
• Lift up to 50 lbs independently (assistance available for heavier items)
• Work in a warehouse environment

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED (Education verification required)
• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience (3+ years preferred)
• Experience in roll-fed printing environment preferred
• Technical aptitude to learn printing equipment setup and software controls
• Basic PC/computer skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
