We’re looking for a Tech Production associate to join our team in a hands-on manufacturing role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with production experience who is safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate, start up, shut down, and maintain de-flashing units
• Support material movement from inspection and assembly lines to staging or warehouse areas
• Perform equipment and product changeovers to maintain safety, quality, and productivity
• Use carts, pallet jacks, pneumatic tools, bin lifters, scan guns, and other production tools
• Complete safety checks and actively support the safety program

Experience:
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or production experience
• CNC and injection molding experience preferred
• Machine operation or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and sit for extended periods
• Basic math skills and ability to use measurement tools
• Computer proficiency and experience with HMI systems
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Safety-focused mindset and reliable attendance

Location: On-site – Wyandotte, MI
Pay: $18–$20/hour
