Machine Mechanic – Industrial / Manufacturing

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and "hands-on" Machine Mechanic to join our team in Downtown Los Angeles. You will be the backbone of our production floor, ensuring our equipment stays in peak operating condition. If you enjoy troubleshooting complex issues and take pride in keeping a facility running smoothly, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled check-ups and lubrication on equipment to prevent downtime.
Diagnosis & Repair: Observe machine operations to diagnose malfunctions; troubleshoot and remove technical issues promptly.
Testing: Run machine tests to ensure repairs are successful and equipment meets safety standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance work, repairs, and parts used.
Safety & Compliance: Operate within safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment for all staff.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar mechanical field.
Mechanical Aptitude: You are naturally "mechanically inclined" and understand how industrial components work together.
Problem-Solving Skills: A knack for diagnosing technical issues and finding efficient solutions.
Safety First: Familiarity with Safety Compliance (OSHA) is preferred.
Reliability: A strong sense of responsibility toward equipment upkeep and facility uptime.
