Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Machine Operators for a high-performing automotive manufacturing facility. This is a physically demanding, temp-to-hire role on a production floor with a strong safety-first culture. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a quiet, process-driven environment.
Schedule:
4x10 Workweek: Monday–Thursday (Four 10-hour shifts)
Shift Options & Pay Rates
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
Monitor equipment performance and report issues promptly
Perform repetitive, process-driven tasks with accuracy
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work independently while staying on task throughout the shift
Lift up to approximately 30 lbs as required
Training & Advancement:
Initial training provided in Eudora
Advancement potential into higher-level operator roles
Strong leadership presence and operator backup support

Hiring Requirements:
Prior machine operator experience (manufacturing/automotive preferred)
Ability to meet physical demands of the role
7-year background check
On-site drug screen (panel test)
Strict attendance policy — reliability is critical
Dependable transportation required

Automotive or manufacturing machine operation experience
