A well-established manufacturing company in Montclair, CA is seeking a skilled MIG Welder for a direct-hire opportunity on a consistent Monday through Friday day shift. Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on custom commercial lighting fixtures, metal components, and assemblies.
- Set up and operate MIG welding equipment according to job specifications and production requirements.
- Prepare, position, fit, and weld metal parts using basic drawings, measurements, and work instructions.
- Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, consistency, and overall workmanship.
- Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, and measuring equipment to support fabrication and finishing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety and production procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

- Experience using hand tools, power tools, grinders, and measuring equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable attendance, dependable work ethic, and ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to work well with production team members to meet quality and output goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus.
- Prior experience in metal fabrication, fixture manufacturing, or custom production welding is preferred.
