Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and Marketing Copywriter for a temporary 3-month contract opportunity in San Juan, PR within the insurance industry. This role is ideal for a bilingual marketing professional who can develop persuasive, brand-aligned copy across digital, print, social media, email, website, and broadcast channels.
The Marketing Copywriter will work closely with designers, video producers, and marketing team members to create content that supports advertising campaigns, strengthens brand identity, and engages target audiences. This opportunity offers a collaborative creative environment, exposure to integrated marketing campaigns, and the chance to contribute to high-visibility communications in a regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and copy for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, email, web, and broadcast channels.
- Write headlines, taglines, scripts, advertising copy, and short-form marketing content that supports campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video producers, and marketing partners to deliver cohesive campaign messaging.
- Review, edit, and proofread marketing materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, tone, and brand consistency.
- Manage multiple copywriting projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Ensure content aligns with company policies, brand standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $41,820.00 per year.
- Monthly pay: $3,485.00 per month.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Flexibility required to work up to 9:00 p.m. as needed.
- Employment type: Temporary, 3-month contract.
- Expected start date: August 17, 2026.
- Location: San Juan, PR.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Develop marketing copy for advertising campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, and other marketing materials.
- Create creative concepts, headlines, taglines, scripts, and campaign messaging.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce consistent, engaging content.
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, brand alignment, and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in copywriting, creative writing, advertising, or marketing content development.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating marketing content across multiple channels.
- Advanced Spanish and English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand standards and regulatory guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience writing for insurance, financial services, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
- Portfolio or writing samples that demonstrate campaign copy, digital content, advertising concepts, and bilingual writing ability.
- Experience collaborating with design, video, social media, and digital marketing teams.
