A polished and customer-focused Luxury Auto Receptionist is needed for a contract/temporary opportunity in Woodland Hills, CA. As the Luxury Auto Receptionist, you will represent an internationally recognized automotive environment and serve as the first point of contact for high-end clientele. Key Responsibilities

- Greet clients upon arrival and notify the appropriate sales, service, or administrative teams.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with client scheduling support for the sales team as needed.
- Prepare and offer coffee beverages to clients to support a premium guest experience.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception and waiting area throughout the day.
- Monitor and restock reception supplies to ensure a clean and professional environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: Woodland Hills, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Provide a professional, high-touch reception experience for luxury automotive clients.
- Manage front desk communication, including calls, emails, greetings, and internal notifications.
- Support client scheduling and assist the sales team with administrative coordination.
- Maintain a polished reception area that reflects a premium brand environment.

- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Recent customer service experience with luxury brands or in a hospitality setting is required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a welcoming, polished phone and in-person presence.
- Ability to interact professionally with high-end clientele and internal team members.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to keep shared spaces organized and presentable.
- Dependable, poised, and service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable assisting with hospitality-style duties, including offering and preparing coffee beverages.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior receptionist, host, concierge, or front desk experience in a luxury retail, hospitality, automotive, or client-facing environment.
- Experience supporting sales teams or handling client scheduling.
- Interest in growing within a luxury automotive or customer experience-focused organization.
