Hello!

We are seeking a dedicated Analyst Logistics Inventory Control Specialist to manage and optimize our inventory processes across multiple sites.

Location: Parma, Idaho 83660
Salary: $25-30/hour
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of supply chain experience.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems, primarily SAP, is preferred.

As an Analyst Logistics Inventory Control Specialist, you will utilize your expertise in ERP systems (SAP preferred) to perform extensive analysis and coordination of inventory management across dozens of sites. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Handling open orders and creating manufacturing orders for production activities.

- Booking necessary transportation between warehouses.

- Managing the inventory adjustment process for disposals, samples, and other related adjustments.

- Providing administrative support to regional and global supply planners, including running reports and creating spreadsheets, word documents, and S&OP files.

- Reviewing inventory requirements against export requirements and taking the necessary actions to ensure products can be exported.

- Creating and monitoring transfer orders between facilities.

- Performing monthly reconciliations of outside warehouse inventory with internal files and implementing corrective actions for inventory adjustments.

- Assisting with any necessary administrative projects as needed.
