We’re looking for a highly adaptable and detail-oriented Logistics & Administrative Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. This hybrid role blends warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and administrative support—including billing and customer service. Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Warehouse Operations

Greet and receive drivers, collect and process BOLs (Bills of Lading)
Enter load sheets and shipment data into internal systems (e.g., IBM Notes)
Monitor truck lanes and coordinate freight movement
Communicate with drivers via radio and direct them to appropriate locations
Support receiving tasks and general warehouse operations
Work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Administrative & Billing Support

Assist with billing processes, customer calls, and payment processing
Respond to emails and phone inquiries from clients and vendors
Print shipping labels and documentation for freight
Provide backup support across departments as needed
Float between warehouse and billing office (7–8 minute drive apart)
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of administrative or logistics coordination experience
Familiarity with warehouse operations and transportation industry practices
Experience with BOLs and freight documentation
Strong data entry and computer skills
Excellent multitasking and communication abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Bonus Skills

Forklift experience (not required)
Experience with IBM Notes or similar logistics software
Prior billing or accounting support experience
