Job Opening: Logistics and Customer Success Specialist
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24/hour Start Date: Immediate
Workplace Type: Hybrid (Remote on Mondays and Fridays; On-site Tuesday through Thursday)
Employment Type: Temporary (12-month contract with potential for extension)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics and Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role combines customer service excellence with logistics coordination, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences while ensuring operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Logistics Coordination, or Account Management.
• Intermediate to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and providing strategic support.
• Familiarity with logistics processes including order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and shipment coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Coordinate logistics operations including order processing, shipping schedules, and delivery tracking.
• Analyze customer and logistics data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including warehouse, procurement, and transportation to support customer needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and logistics documentation.
• Utilize CRM and supply chain platforms to manage customer accounts and service delivery.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
