This is not a Clerk only position, yes there are tasks that fall under a clerk profile like the inventory management, packing, shipping, and receiving. but it is very important the Logistics management as communicating with vendors, with our team members, the customer service piece of it is extremely important over the phone and email. The use of the computer programs, in particular Excel is a must have.

We are seeking a Logistics Warehouse Specialist to support our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, handle shipping and receiving, operate warehouse equipment, and maintain a safe, organized environment. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient flow of our labeling, coding, and marking products, supporting our mission to optimize efficiency in manufacturing processes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and maintain accurate records using barcode scanning systems. Ensure all items are properly labeled, logged, and organized per company standards.
Shipping & Receiving: Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, inspect products for damage, and verify documentation to ensure accuracy.
Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to transport materials and stock products.
Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with shipping carriers to ensure on-time deliveries, track shipments, and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA standards. Report accidents, safety violations, or hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Customer Service Support: Assist with special events such as trade shows, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. Coordinate with customer service and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Equipment Maintenance: Utilize basic electrical and mechanical knowledge to handle tools and maintain equipment, ensuring proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for each task.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, shipment statuses, and warehouse conditions.
