What You’ll Do

Process daily delivery reports with accuracy
Verify inventory and maintain documentation
Review shipping paperwork to ensure compliance
Support the logistics and operations teams with clerical tasks
Work in Excel and Outlook daily

What We’re Looking For

Entry-level candidates welcome
Strong attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly and handle fast-paced operations
Solid Excel & Outlook skills
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
