We are hiring a "Logistics Scheduling Supervisor" responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the daily routes and activities of the service technician team, ensuring an efficient, safe, and customer-oriented operation.

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
SALARY: $40K per year + Benefits

ACTIVITIES:
• Design, assign, and supervise the daily routes of service technicians, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to established timelines.
• Monitor the progress of routes and services, resolving incidents or last-minute changes promptly.
• Coordinate with the Customer Service, Sales, Accounting, and Warehouse departments to ensure the smooth execution of operations.
• Supervise route completion and validate service documentation, deliveries, and system records.
• Analyze key performance indicators to inform decision-making.
• Train and supervise scheduling and dispatch personnel on procedures, safety protocols, and the use of technological tools.
• Promote compliance with road safety, operational, and environmental regulations.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in planning, resource allocation, and operational cost control.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management, or similar field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics planning or supervision, preferably in technical services or distribution companies.
• Bilingual (fluent English).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Customer-oriented.
