This role is day-to-day operations—ensuring that orders are routed correctly, shipments move on time, and documentation is accurate.
Responsibilities
• Route orders for big box retailers according to compliance guidelines.
• Manage shipment pipeline from confirmation through delivery.
• Create and update shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (Bods) and packing lists.
• Ensure EDI compliance for retailer orders and resolve any transmission errors.
• Prepare and send Advance Shipping Notices (Asps) and other retailer-required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and retailers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support minor bookkeeping tasks (AP/AR, expense tracking).
• Prepare and ship product samples from the Calabasas office.
• Provide general operational support to keep business running smoothly.
Qualifications
• 3 Years experience in logistics and/or supply chain
• Experience with EDI software.
• Elite organizational skills and detail orientation.
• High Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and general office software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
