Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Renton, WA. This role is ideal for a proactive warehouse and logistics professional who enjoys leading daily operations, improving processes, coordinating with vendors, and keeping clients informed on delivery status.

As the Logistics Manager, you will oversee a small warehouse environment that plays a key role in supporting timely, accurate deliveries and strong client service. This is a hands-on leadership position where independence, ownership, and sound decision-making are essential. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support a small warehouse team while promoting an efficient, collaborative, and service-focused work environment.
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and delivery coordination.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to support timely procurement, cost-effective service, and dependable supply chain performance.
- Track deliveries and shipments to ensure schedules, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding delivery updates, shipment status, and issue resolution.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse processes to improve organization, efficiency, and operational reliability.

Compensation and Benefits

- $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
- Temp-to-hire opportunity.
