We’re looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead our Team. In this role, you’ll ensure seamless support for incoming healthcare professionals by managing housing logistics, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.

As a Logistics Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure apartment readiness, respond to emergency situations, and maintain compliance with housing rules and safety standards. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendors to guarantee a smooth onboarding experience for our healthcare staff.

Key Duties:

Supervise housing, transportation, and facilities operations

Coordinate move-ins, inspections, and apartment assignments

Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and vendor performance

Support emergency preparedness and on-call responsibilities

Lead a team and maintain service excellence across locations

What You Bring:

5+ years in facilities/logistics, 2+ years in management

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

Valid Florida driver’s license (clean record); OSHA certification preferred
