We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Doral, FL. This role supports the smooth execution of international export operations, including shipping documentation, customer communication, freight coordination, and shipment follow-up.
The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with logistics leadership, warehouse teams, sourcing contacts, suppliers, and customers to help ensure shipments are accurate, cost-effective, and delivered on time. Responsibilities
- Prepare and process international shipping documents, including commercial invoices, CARICOM documentation, bills of lading, airway bills, S.E.D. forms, manifests, and related export paperwork.
- Receive and manage customer quote requests, provide shipment details, and support competitive pricing and freight coordination.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sourcing, customers, and suppliers to confirm item availability, shipment timing, routing, and freight requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and shipment communication in MAGAYA software.
- Follow up with customers after delivery to confirm satisfaction and resolve shipment-related questions.
- Support special projects for new and existing customers and complete additional logistics administration duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Coordinate export shipments and support the full international shipping documentation process.
- Manage customer quote requests, shipment instructions, and freight communication.
- Maintain accurate shipment, customer, and logistics records in MAGAYA.
- Communicate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to support timely deliveries.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, import/export administration, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of international shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, airway bills, manifests, and export forms.
- Experience coordinating freight, shipment routing, delivery follow-up, and customer communication.
- Ability to evaluate shipment details, support cost-conscious logistics decisions, and identify opportunities to reduce expenses.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and accuracy in documentation.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, warehouse teams, and logistics partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics and transportation environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using MAGAYA software.
- Experience with specialized export shipments or temperature-sensitive products.
- Familiarity with Caribbean or international export documentation and freight processes.
- Prior experience supporting freight rate negotiations, customer quotes, or logistics pricing.
