About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement of goods from order through delivery. This role is critical in ensuring shipments are accurate, timely, and cost-effective while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate domestic and/or international shipments from start to finish
Track orders and provide real-time updates on shipping status
Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues
Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply planning
Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and reduce costs
Qualifications:
2+ years of logistics, shipping, or supply chain experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience with ERP systems or shipping software preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
