We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our growing operations team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and timely movement of goods, with a strong emphasis on preparing and managing Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other shipping documentation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with vendors and carriers, and brings a strong understanding of domestic and international shipping processes. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and manage Bills of Lading, packing lists, and shipping labels for all outbound shipments
Coordinate daily shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal departments
Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any transportation issues
Maintain accurate shipping records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding shipment status and documentation
Support inventory control, including inbound receiving and outbound order fulfillment
Assist with freight claims, customs documentation, and logistics reporting as needed

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination
Proven experience handling Bills of Lading and shipping documentation
Proficiency with logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS, TMS) and Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations is a plus
