Launch your career with AppleOne! We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth logistics workflows, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and supporting warehouse operations. Forklift experience is a plus. Located in North San Diego County. $22-26/hr DOE

Responsibilities:

-Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments

-Schedule freight pickups and deliveries with carriers

-Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, labels)

-Track inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies

-Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams

-Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company procedures

-Support warehouse staff during high-volume periods (light packing, labeling, or forklift assistance if certified)

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred

-2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse coordination

-Proficiency with logistics software or warehouse systems (e.g., WMS, ERP)

-Strong understanding of freight and shipping documentation

-Forklift certification or experience is a plus, but not required
